There is a great deal of conflicting and confusing advice that is readily available, which can make it incredibly confusing to sort out the truth and implement strategies that work for your unique body and lifestyle.

Our society emphasizes investing time, effort and money for gaining knowledge that can lead to a steady job and income. But health is often overlooked as being worthy of our time, attention and resources until we don’t feel well.

Many practices, like staying up late to study for tests, working overtime and skipping meals to meet work deadlines, skimping on sleep to tackle items on never ending to do lists, etc., are not questioned nearly often enough and sabotage our health little by little.

When you add in toxins in our food, water, personal care and household cleaning products, plus neglecting our emotional and mental health, it paints an elaborate and messy picture of how we assault our bodies and whittle away at our health every day.

You deserve better.

I’ve spent years creating a sustainable and healthy lifestyle for myself. Not only have I been able to heal and rise out of the misery I experienced for more than two decades, but I get stronger and healthier every year. This is the exact opposite of what most people experience as the years pass.
